I am using Windows 10 and suddenly today the option to turn on bluetooth disappeared. Troubleshooter claims my device doesn’t support bluetooth, which is completely false because I use bluetooth devices with my device all the time. I tired everything showed online, I uninstalled the bluetooth drivers but now windows won’t reinstall them and i can’t see any Bluetooth drivers on Device Manager in Control Panel.

I have absolutely no idea what to do anymore. Please help, I only own bluetooth headphones and I need to be able to connect them because I have lectures online and listening to lectures is difficult without them.

Install it even if it’s the same or newer than the one in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. If these fail try to Uninstall the Driver, restart PC to reinstall. Then try pairing again, if necessary run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter again. Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files.

Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly. This reinstalls Windows in about an hour while saving your files, apps and most settings, solves many problems while also bringing it up to the latest version which you need anyway and by the most stable method.
