Certainly, reverting to an old version of office does “solve” the issue, but when ever the http://replace.me/29348.txt is updated, the issue comes back. We have some documents that in word will not print when the objects are grouped. Issue is only in word The document prints fine while grouped in Word Any ideas? I changed the font for the return address however without saving the delivery address first, so when the changes to both were made to affect the global template, normal.

That likely can be due to not saving the delivery address and the return address as separate changes?? Word pad print just fine, and i can print test pages from the printer preferences. Its basically a new hp computer running windows 7 64 bit. Iv got the newest drivers from the printer manufactures, and other things all print.
