Rebooting the computer doesn’t work either. The print feature worked first thing after the installation the 2nd time but later in the day after it updated Win 10 automatically I received the Not Responding messages for each of the apps.

What is the problem? Using the repair section under Office installation in the Control panel started up and eventually deleted the entire Office suite of products!

Kind of left me scratching my head. I had to find the MS Office disk and reinstall the application again. Obviously there is something wrong with Windows to cause that to happen. So far the printing function is working properly now. Was this reply helpful?
